Our Lemon myrtle oil is distilled from Backhousia citrodora leaves.  Lemon myrtle oil is known for its strong, fresh lemon scent (due to high citral content), powerful antibacterial / anti fungal properties, and uplifting aroma, used in aromatherapy for focus, natural cleaning, skincare (diluted!), and deodorizing, but it must be diluted for skin use and avoided neat due to irritation risk, especially for sensitive skin, pregnant women, and children. 

• Aroma: Intensely fresh, uplifting, and purifying lemon scent.
• Antimicrobial: Strong antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti fungal, making it great for cleaning.
• Mental Uplift: Helps clarify the mind, boost concentration, and reduce stress.
• Skincare: Cleansing for acne-prone or oily skin when highly diluted; similar to tea tree but stronger.
• Aromatherapy: Diffuse for air purification, mood enhancement, or in an oil burner.
• Cleaning: Add to vinegar/water sprays for natural surface cleaners or to laundry.
• Skincare: Dilute 1-2 drops in a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut) for serums or add to shampoos.
• Baths: Add a few drops mixed with a carrier oil to soothe muscles. 

• Dilute Always: Never apply undiluted (neat) to skin; can cause irritation.
• Skin Sensitivity: Patch test first; avoid use on hypersensitive or damaged skin.
• Internal Use: Do not take internally unless directed by a professional.
• Pregnancy/Children: Avoid during pregnancy/breastfeeding; use with caution around children.
